Leading and managing complex dispute resolution cases from inception to completion.
Advising clients on legal strategies and providing expert guidance throughout the dispute process.
Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediation and arbitration.
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless case management.
Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to their professional development.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is not only highly skilled but also enthusiastic about making a difference in the legal field. You should have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in dispute resolution or a related field.
A strong understanding of litigation processes and alternative dispute resolution methods.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
