Apply NowIMH Recruitment are seeking experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our client’s Family Hub childcare settings in Barnsley.
Candidates must have relevant experience working with children aged 0–5, provide references, and hold a DBS compliant with Ofsted regulations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise day-to-day early years provision.
* Plan and deliver play and educational activities, observing and assessing children’s progress.
* Supervise children during play and mealtimes, supporting personal care and independence.
* Support staff development and manage workloads.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
* Build partnerships with parents/carers and external agencies.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted regulations.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* Experience in childcare and supervising staff.
* Enhanced DBS is required
* Driving licence is strongly preferred
* Knowledge of child development, early years curriculum, and safeguarding.
* Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills.
Hours & Pay:
* Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:15pm
* £18.35 per hour, weekly pay via agency!
