Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve complex faults across integrated systems
Install, configure and optimise CUAS and related technologies
Lead system testing, calibration and performance analysis
Work autonomously across deployments and assignments
Maintain and support TRF environments
Operate and maintain drone systems across environments
Provide training and mentoring to engineers
Conduct competence checks and support capability development
Collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Strong understanding of radar, RF theory and sensor systems
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and integrated systems
Proven experience in installation, configuration, calibration, testing and maintenance of complex systems
Good knowledge of networking, IP configuration and system integration
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical faults independently
Ability to work autonomously across deployments and technical assignments
Experience or interest in UAS
Good understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities and emerging technologies
IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and relevant technical tools
Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing and able to travel regularly to customer and operational sites, including overseas deployments
Be able to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC)
Participate in an on-call rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Salary: £40,000
