Senior Electrical Estimator

Now seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join an established Electrical contractor based in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the process and delivery of quality new build projects across a diverse portfolio of projects including, High End Residential, Commercial, and Education.

The successful individual will be joining a collaborative and supportive office based team, where your process and experience will directly contribute to successful project delivery and continued business growth.

Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for a range of new build and referb projects

* Interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to gather relevant information

* Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure competitive and viable bids

* Manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

* Contribute to value engineering and cost saving initiatives

* Support the commercial and project teams through the pre-construction phase

The successful individual for this opportunity ….

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, ideally at a senior level

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems within residential, commercial, and/or education sectors

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

* Proficiency in estimation software

* A proactive and detailed approach
