The team is expanding and we have the exciting brief to find their future management team. They are looking for ambitious and career hungry talent. Senior professionals who are bored of just "counting bricks" and want to lead. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Clients, acting as a true Employer’s Agent—managing the inception, procurement (JCT D&B), and on-site delivery of high-quality housing and care facilities. The Essentials The Background: You’ll likely be Degree qualified (BSc/MSc) and ideally MRICS (or equivalent). The Experience: You need a solid handle on JCT Design & Build contracts and the confidence to lead commercial negotiations and site valuations.
