Senior Engineering Supervisor
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified Technician with a proven track record in managing a busy Fleet Workshop
THE DUTIES:
* Managing a busy Vehicle Maintenance Unit and Team of Crane Engineers within the Stirling site
* To ensure legislative requirements, Group Health and Safety and Safe Systems of Work are adhered to within the Workshop operation
* To manage all Workshop P&L / KPI’s, Direct and Indirect Costs, Productivity & Compliance objectives. VOR & M.O.T Presentations.
* Knowledge of fleet maintenance / workshop management
* Sound knowledge of H&S fundamentals in workshops and transport compliance legislation.
* Demonstrable customer relationship management skills with the flexibility in style, approach to engaging with a number of clients with varying requirements at the same time.
* Highly numerate and excellent written skills, familiar and confident with Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Analytical, curious, problem solver, lateral thinker
* CPC Holder and IOSH are an advantage but not essential
THE PACKAGE:
* Salary of up to £58,500 dependant on experience
* Monday to Friday working (07:00 - 17:00) Depot based.
