Senior Estimator Linear Recruitment are partnering with an ambitious Midlands affordable housing company in their search for a Senior Estimator. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hands-on, growing regional business, contributing to pricing and tendering for new affordable housing developments across the region. Key Responsibilities * Prepare cost plans and tender submissions for new projects. * Work closely with the land, technical, and commercial teams. * Provide cost advice and support during the pre-construction phase. * Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners. About the Candidate * Experience as an Estimator (ideally within residential or social housing development). Or alternatively Civil Engineering/Groundworks * Strong commercial and analytical skills. * Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing team environment. * Based within commutable distance to Birmingham (our client are open to hybrid working) Benefits Include * Package £75-85 Inc. car allowance * Holiday 25 + 8 Stats * Pension 5% + 3% employer * Salary sacrifice scheme available
