Senior Fit Out Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Fit Out Manager to join a flagship scheme on alandmark Marsh Wall development in Canary Wharf. This is a 48-storey, 1,068-bed student accommodation tower, set to become one of the tallest of its kind globally. A technically complex, high-rise scheme delivering premium accommodation, amenity space, and public realm improvements in a tight London site — it needs someone who can own the fit-out and drive standards on site. The Role You’ll be the go-to on site for fit-out delivery — leading from the front, managing trades, and pushing quality and programme. * Full ownership of internal packages from shell to handover * Driving QA / snag-free delivery across all units and communal areas * Managing subcontractors and site teams day-to-day * Ensuring programme is hit and standards don’t slip * Working closely with Project Lead and wider delivery team What We’re Looking For * Proven Senior Fit Out Manager experience on high-rise / large-scale resi or PBSA schemes * Strong on QA, inspections, and handover standards * Proper site operator – out on the job, managing the lads, not office-bound * Ability to drive programme and hold trades accountable * Experience working on fast-paced, complex builds The Offer * 2-year contract on a major London scheme * Competitive day rate * Long-term, high-profile project with a leading high-rise contractor * Opportunity to be part of a landmark Canary Wharf development
