Senior Geotechnical Engineer
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technical excellence across a range of geotechnical projects.
Responsibilities
Field Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret geotechnical field data, including mapping, testing, and inspections.
Design & Development: Support the development of geotechnical designs and feasibility studies.
Project Coordination: Align field requirements with short-term plans, mine development, and environmental protection.
Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and contribute to reservoir characterization and simulation.
Innovation & Knowledge Sharing: Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to technical developments.
Client Engagement: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Skills/experience/qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
6-10 years of relevant experience, including supervision of junior colleagues.
Advanced skills in geotechnical analysis, geophysical and geochemical interpretation, and data management.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
Strong competencies in collaboration, decision-making, planning, and technical leadership.
