We are recruiting for a Senior Healthcare Assistant (Days) to join an exceptional, stand-alone nursing and residential care home on the outskirts of Winchester, Hampshire. You will: Be a key senior presence in a stand-alone, independently operated home Work closely with management who are visible and approachable Lead and support care staff with confidence and compassion Deliver truly person-centred care in a calm, well-resourced environment Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Without the structure of a large corporate group, decisions are made locally, communication is open, and good ideas are welcomed. About the Home This purpose-built care home provides both residential and nursing care for older people in a setting designed for comfort, dignity and wellbeing. Residents enjoy: Spacious en-suite bedrooms (with walk-in showers in selected rooms) Freshly prepared meals using quality ingredients A varied activities programme including guest speakers, musicians, quizzes and PAT dog visits On-site laundry service 7 days a week Hair salon, quiet lounge, small library and bright conservatory The culture is professional, caring and family-orientated — with a team known for consistently going above and beyond for residents and one another.
