Key Responsibilities:
Conducting construction materials testing and analysis
Handling report administration and ensuring accurate documentation
Providing training and auditing support
Managing relationships with staff and clients
Supervising and coordinating the work of subordinate staff
Ensuring compliance with CSCS and safety standards
Driving and towing equipment as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in the highways industry, particularly in construction materials testing
Strong supervisory and staff management capabilities
Understanding of relevant safety and compliance standards, including CSCS
Proficiency in report administration and technical documentation
Excellent communication and client management skills
Valid category B driving licence
