Apply NowInvolve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for a SENIOR HR GENERALIST for a Manufacturing company within the Black country region.
Our client operates within a fast-paced, operationally driven sector, with a workforce of approximately 150 employees. The business has a strong mix of industrial and commercial teams, including warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and office-based staff. Backed by financially strong ownership, the company has ambitious growth plans, including future acquisitions.
Salary -£32,000 to £40,000
Monday to Friday - flex start and finish time from 8am to complete a 37 hour week if full time but they are also open to part time hours!!
This is a broad and varied position where you will take full responsibility for the HR function. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver both strategic and day-to-day HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing all aspects of HR administration and employee lifecycle
* Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice
* Supporting with contracts, policies, and HR documentation
* Leading on HR processes related to upcoming acquisitions, including TUPE
* Advising managers across both operational and office-based teams
* Supporting a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement of HR processes
We are looking for a confident and self-sufficient HR professional who thrives in a standalone role as well as:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally operating independently
* Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Experience or exposure to TUPE processes (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and pragmatic approach
Desirable:
* Health & Safety knowledge or experience
