Senior HVAC Engineer
An established facilities management company is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer to join its mobile engineering team covering sites across Central London and Greater London. This role focuses on HVAC maintenance, air conditioning service, refrigeration systems, PPM maintenance and reactive fault finding across a varied portfolio of commercial buildings, residential developments and specialist properties. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems * Diagnose and repair air conditioning and refrigeration faults * Respond to reactive breakdowns and system failures * Maintain commercial HVAC equipment including VRF / VRV systems and chillers * Identify equipment nearing end of life and recommend replacements * Provide professional service while working in client-facing environments Systems & Equipment Engineers will work on equipment including: * Air conditioning systems * VRF / VRV systems * Split systems * Chillers and rooftop chillers * Ventilation systems * Commercial refrigeration equipment Requirements * Experience as an HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer * Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills * F-Gas certification * Experience with commercial HVAC systems * Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits * £56,000 – £60,000 salary * Company van * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension scheme * On-call rota (approx. 1 in 6 / 1 in 7) Senior HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer – London – £56k–£60k + Van.
