We’re looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Connells team based in Bearwood

What We’re Looking For:
Estate agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
Generate and book valuations.
Qualify and service new applicants.
Carry out property viewings.
Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
Administer tenancies (with support).
Provide outstanding customer service.
