Senior Machine Operator Night Shift Location: Rochester Salary: £16 to £17 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am A well established and growing food manufacturing business in Rochester is looking to add a Senior Machine Operator to its night shift team. This is a hands on role for someone with solid machine operating experience who can take real ownership of equipment, keep production running smoothly and support the wider team across shift. It would suit someone who is already operating at a higher level in production and is confident with set ups, adjustments, problem solving and maintaining standards in a fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be joining a business that continues to invest in its people, processes and machinery, with genuine long term opportunities for progression into roles such as Line Leader or Supervisor.
