This is a senior, project-leading role within a stable, well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured London work. The Role * Commercial lead on a £22m MEP project * Full cost management from procurement through to final account * Subcontractor procurement and management * Variations, change control and cost reporting * Client liaison and commercial reporting to senior leadership * Working closely with Project Director and Commercial Director About You * Proven experience delivering large MEP packages (£10m+) * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills * Experience working for an MEP contractor or specialist subcontractor * Confident managing projects independently * London project experience preferred What’s on Offer * Salary up to £110,000 (DOE) * Competitive benefits package * Hybrid working available * Clear progression within a growing London-focused business * Long-term secured workload This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior MEP QS who wants ownership, stability, and progression within a respected MEP contractor
