Senior Manager Global HR Compliance
Your role at a glance The Senior Manager, Global HR Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading comprehensive HR compliance programs worldwide. This role ensures alignment with employment and immigration laws, policy governance standards, and mandatory training requirements across all regions. Acting as the organization’s subject matter expert on HR regulatory obligations, the Senior Manager partners closely with Legal, GRC, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to embed compliance into end‑to‑end HR processes and systems. The role is accountable for proactive risk identification, audit readiness, and maintaining effective HR compliance practices globally. What will you do * Build and manage the global HR compliance framework across all regions * Oversee HR policy governance and conduct compliance audits * Monitor employment, immigration, and data privacy regulations and lead global implementation * Manage global immigration/work authorization compliance * Govern background check and drug screening programs, including complex case escalation * Own HR compliance training strategy and updates * Partner with HRIS to embed compliance into systems, workflows, and reporting * Identify compliance risks, lead remediation, and prepare executive reporting * Lead global HR regulatory reporting (e.g., EEO‑1, CA Pay Data, international reporting) What we are looking for * Strong knowledge of employment, immigration, and workforce compliance across multiple regions * Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Self-starter with an inquisitive, questioning nature * Ability to translate complex regulations and minutiae into practical solutions * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field * Extensive HR experience, with significant focus on global HR compliance * Experience supporting complex, global organizations in a fast-growing industry * Proven experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives and implementations * Experience partnering with HRIS teams to implement compliance-driven system requirements * Familiarity with internal and external audit processes * Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through change * Experience with India regulatory and compliance programs preferred * Must have flexible work schedule to accommodate across global business hours What we offer you * An agile company culture with short decision-making paths and plenty of opportunities to show personal initiative * Flexible working time models and mobile working (depending on your role) * Allowance for the use of public transport and job bikes * Allowance for the use of health and wellness * Individual training and development opportunities * Numerous other additional benefits such as birthday vouchers, employee advisory program, employee referral scheme, lunch allowance, company events, etc. Who we are As the third largest data centre provider, we operate over 150 data centres in more than 20 countries and regions.
