Top Recruit have the pleasure of working with a well-established, fast-growing travel management company who are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join their out-of-hours team. Key Responsibilities Provide out-of-hours support to corporate travel clients Manage urgent and complex travel requests, changes, and disruptions Handle bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds efficiently Deliver proactive solutions and exceptional customer service during non-standard hours Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ business travel experience Strong GDS knowledge (Sabre preferred; Amadeus/Galileo considered) Confident in fares, ticketing, and handling disruptions Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits Fully remote working Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) A great opportunity for a seasoned travel professional who enjoys working independently and thrives in a fast-paced, out-of-hours environment
