Senior Planner
This role focuses on providing dedicated account support to key customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring smooth, efficient service.

Duties include:
* Create and maintain a Weekly Production Schedule for assigned areas of responsibility.
* Understand and highlight capacity issues for the operations management team to resolve.
* Review order book to assess for inventory and upcoming production needs. Promptly coordinate with procurement and operations. Plan and schedule necessary production activities to ensure these needs are met.
* Manage Production Orders to support the production plan.
* Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Sales to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Personal requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
* Experience with MRP systems preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internally and externally
* Confident in liaising and working with multiple teams around the business
* Background in Manufacturing
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
