Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer Location: Chertsey Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) We’re recruiting for a global engineering and industrial solutions leader delivering complex plant and infrastructure projects worldwide. They’re seeking a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to strengthen their European engineering team and support major operational and project initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical scopes for plant and operations projects. Produce technical deliverables, estimates, and execution strategies. Review vendor designs for safety, reliability, and compliance. Support commissioning, start-up, and technical approvals. Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams. Requirements Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience). Strong industrial/plant engineering background. Practical, hands-on mindset with site experience.
