Senior Production Planner Richmond, North Yorkshire Full Time, Permanent If you’re commercially sharp experienced Production Planner and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit. Jackson Hogg is supporting a global manufacturing business in their search for a Senior Production Planner to drive production planning, scheduling and operational performance across their Production site. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of planning activity, ensuring production runs smoothly, materials are in place and customer demand is consistently met. Role & Responsibilities * Lead and manage all production planning and scheduling activities across the site * Develop and optimise production schedules to meet customer demand and service levels * Own MPS/MRP planning through SAP * Identify capacity constraints and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to maintain flow * Lead daily and weekly scheduling meetings * Ensure material availability across raw materials, WIP and finished goods * Work closely with Procurement to manage supplier performance and mitigate shortages Desirable Skills & Experience * Strong background in production planning or scheduling within manufacturing * Proven experience developing and implementing planning processes and systems * Solid working knowledge of SAP * Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning and inventory control * Advanced Excel skills This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can genuinely influence operational performance and drive improvements across a complex manufacturing environment.
