The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage key stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project performance.
Responsibilities include programme management, procurement strategy, contract administration, and risk mitigation. The Senior Project Manager will also support and mentor junior staff, ensuring best practice is maintained across all project stages.
The Senior Project Manager
The successful Senior Project Manager will hold a degree in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB) is strongly preferred.
You will have a proven track record within a construction consultancy environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills are essential for this Senior Project Manager role.
