Senior Project Manager
Working throughout the full project life-cycle, you will face duties such as supporting business development and tendering activities, commissioning, final close-outs, working closely with customers/ suppliers/ subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Commercial and Business Development duties such as: identifying new business opportunities, prepare quotations and cost estimates, manage budgets/ forecasting/ profitability and managing changes in projects as required.
* Lead the planning and delivery of high value engineering projects.
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
* Develop and maintain project execution plans.
* Lead multi-disciplinary project teams whilst providing clear direction throughout project life-cycle.
* Establish appropriate project governance, standards and reporting frameworks.
* Identify project risks and opportunities.
* Adhere to and promote all health and safety standards.
* Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews.
Experience:
* Minimum 10 years of work experience at this level.
* Proven experience managing complex engineering project between £150K - £10million.
* Strong Rotating Machinery, Electrical Engineering, Power Generation background.
* Experience delivering projects within highly regulated industries such as nuclear, hydropower, or conventional power generation.
* Strong leadership skills.
Education:
* Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline is preferred.
* Recognised Project Management qualification id desirable.

* Salary: £65-70K
