Senior Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities Manage the delivery of a student accommodation project currently in the gateway stage Oversee key construction elements including brickwork façade and basement units Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with programme milestones Work closely with the site team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor quality, health & safety, and programme performance throughout the projectDesired Skills and Experience Proven experience working as a Project Manager on residential or student accommodation schemes Strong technical understanding of brickwork façade packages and basement construction Experience delivering projects from early stages through to completion Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple workstreams Strong communication and organisational skillsBenefits Permanent position Competitive salary
