Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading project team delivering landmark commercial developments valued between £100m–£300m across Central London.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the commercial function on high-profile schemes, working from pre-construction through to project completion.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Managing project costs, forecasting and financial reporting

✔ Procuring and managing subcontract packages valued from £1m–£50m

✔ Administering JCT and NEC contracts

✔ Driving change management, variations and risk mitigation

✔ Supporting successful project delivery on time and within budget

✔ Working closely with clients, consultants and operational teams

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience on major construction projects (£100m+)

✔ Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT / NEC)

✔ Experience delivering London commercial developments

✔ Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

✔ RICS qualified or working towards chartership is desirable
