Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Infrastructure Birmingham, West Midlands £70,000- £80,000 Per Annum + Package Join a leading team delivering the West Midlands section of HS2 - Britain's new high-speed railway. We're seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of large-scale civil engineering projects, including bridges, tunnels, and viaducts. Key Responsibilities: * Lead commercial tasks and processes with autonomy. * Protect commercial position through strong contractual knowledge. * Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members. * Prepare and evaluate subcontract tenders accurately and on time. Requirements: * BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience. * NEC contract experience. * Background in large infrastructure and civil engineering projects. * Professional membership (RICS, ICES, CIOB).
