A global Construction Consultancy is seeking a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative Quantity Surveying team in Birmingham.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be working across a range of exciting healthcare projects along with some commercial and residential projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the full autonomy to run their own projects from inception to completion which will be provided to them by the director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
MRICS or working towards
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Healthcare project experience
Experience of pre and post contract work
Client facing experienceIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
