The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a sociable and diverse team delivering Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, and a Project Management role across a range of residential, local authority, and housing projects.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, acting as a QS/EA/PM with support from an Associate Director. There is also a clear pathway to Associate and to undertake a more managerial role.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS or completed a Construction / Quantity Surveying degree
Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent background
Minimum of 5 years QS or EA experience
Comfortable using CostX
Housing / residential project experience would be ideal

£65,000 - £75,000
