Senior Quantity Surveyor

The directors of a well known and dynamic construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a diverse range of projects and to work in their London office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide a diverse QS/EA/PM role on a broad array of new build projects including housing, commercial, education, retail and hospitality sectors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be encouraged to get involved in Business development. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar Previous or current experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS would be a plus but not essential Pre and post contract experience Comfortable carrying out a QS/EA/PM role A successful track record of running multiple projects Client facing In Return? £65,000 - £75,000 26 days annual leave + bank holidays Business and project expenses Mileage (45p per mile) Pension RICS subscription Training costs and development Flexible working Bonus If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Hannah Gordon at Ernest and Florent.
