Role -Senior Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre Projects Location - Copenhagen, Denmark Salary - £80,000 + £90,000 + Accom/Travel Hours - 10/4 Rotation EU Passport Holders   We are looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our high-performing commercial teams delivering major data centre developments in Copenhagen.   This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, technically complex projects for global blue-chip clients within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction. You will join a business with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile mission-critical projects across Europe, working alongside talented project teams while playing a key role in driving commercial performance and project success.   Reporting to: Commercial Director The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers. You will play a key role in protecting commercial interests, managing risk, and supporting successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial performance of multiple projects from pre-contract through to final account. Lead commercial planning and support project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Review tender documentation in detail to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Monitor project costs, forecasts and budgets, ensuring effective cost control and financial reporting. Prepare and present reports on project progress, commercial performance, risks and solutions. Manage contractual correspondence in line with contract conditions, including EOT notifications and claims management. Review and approve subcontractor and supplier packages. Ensure subcontracts are properly prepared and administered in line with agreed scope and contractual obligations. Work closely with clients to ensure their project objectives are achieved through proactive commercial management and contractual advice. Support project teams and site staff to ensure clear understanding of contractual obligations and commercial strategy. About You We are looking for commercially driven professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative project environment and taking ownership of major construction packages. You will have: A Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics or equivalent qualification recognised by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. 6+ years' experience in quantity surveying or commercial management within construction. Strong knowledge of construction contracts including FIDIC, JCT, and RIAI. Proven ability to manage commercial risk and drive project profitability. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience building long-term client and consultant relationships. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Why Join?
