Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils / Groundworks / Infrastructure) Midlands / South East £75,000 – £85,000 + £6k Car Allowance + Bonus Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the Midlands and South East. This is a key commercial role for an experienced Senior QS / Quantity Surveyor with a background in civils, groundworks or infrastructure, looking to take full ownership of project commercial performance. Key Responsibilities: * Commercial management of civils and groundworks projects * Applications, variations, cost control and final accounts * Subcontractor procurement and management * Forecasting, reporting and profitability tracking * Working under NEC / JCT contracts Requirements: * 6–10+ years Quantity Surveying experience * Strong background in civil engineering / infrastructure / groundworks * Proven commercial and cost management capability Package: £75k–£85k + £6k car allowance + bonus + pension Excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured civils work
