Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential Our client is a specialist high-end residential main contractor delivering super prime refurbishment and bespoke new build homes across some of London’s most prestigious postcodes. Their projects are defined by exceptional craftsmanship, technical complexity and close collaboration with leading architects, designers and private clients. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in super prime residential construction to join their commercial team. The Role The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for high-value residential refurbishment and new build schemes, managing project finances from procurement through to final account while working closely with project managers, design teams and specialist subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of super prime residential projects • Preparation of budgets, cost plans and financial reports • Procurement and negotiation of specialist subcontract packages • Managing valuations, variations and cost control throughout the project lifecycle • Working closely with project teams, consultants and private clients • Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts • Monitoring project profitability and forecasting costs Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within super prime / high-end residential construction • Strong background working for a main contractor or specialist residential contractor • Experience delivering high-spec refurbishment, basement construction, and bespoke residential builds • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred What’s on Offer • Opportunity to work on prestigious, architecturally significant homes • Exposure to high-value super prime residential projects • Competitive salary and benefits package • Long-term career progression within a growing specialist contractor • Collaborative environment working alongside industry-leading designers and consultants
