Senior Quantity Surveyor

Façade & External Envelope Projects Liverpool (Site) | London Office Hybrid – Majority Remote £70,000 – £85,000 + Package I’m currently working with a well-established façade and external envelope contractor who are continuing to grow across both London and the North West, delivering a range of cladding remediation, EWI, rendering and external works packages. Due to a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across key schemes. The Role This is a hybrid position, offering predominantly remote working, with 2 days per week on site in Liverpool alongside occasional visits to the London office. You will take a lead commercial role across façade packages, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered commercially and contractually in line with expectations. Key Responsibilities * Manage façade and envelope packages from pre-construction through to final account * Oversee cost planning, procurement and subcontractor management * Prepare valuations, variations and cost reports * Lead commercial meetings with clients and internal stakeholders * Monitor project cash flow and financial performance * Provide commercial input into programme and delivery strategy * Identify and mitigate commercial risks across live projects Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within façade, cladding or external envelope works * Strong understanding of commercial processes on subcontract packages * Experience working with main contractors or specialist subcontractors * Confident managing projects independently * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Full UK driving licence (required for site visits) What’s on Offer * Predominantly remote working model * Salary range of £70,000 – £85,000 + package * Exposure to high-value façade remediation and external works projects * Clear progression within a growing contractor * Supportive and commercially driven team environment
