Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across the North West.

The initial project is a major construction development consisting of apartments and town houses over a 5-year period in Manchester (£70m).

Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)
- Company car allowance (£6,500)

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages
- Managing project variations and valuations
- Organising payments and compiling CVRs
- Produce accurate records and reports

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £10m - £50m.
