A well-established contractor with a growing pipeline of high-end residential schemes is looking to appoint 2x Freelance Quantity Surveyors across two live projects.
Both roles are site-based and require individuals who can come in and hit the ground running.
Projects
Mayfair
• High-end townhouse projects
• Currently at 1st fix stage
• Established site team (c.15 on site)
• Working alongside other Surveyors
Virginia Water
• £20m one-off new build residential scheme
• Standalone project
• Working closely with PM and Design Manager
The Role
Full commercial management across live projects
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• CVRs, cost reporting, and forecasting
• Variations and change control
• Taking packages through to final account
• Working closely with site and delivery teams
What they’re looking for
Proven QS with strong project delivery experience
• Able to operate independently on live sites
• Strong on packages, variations, and commercial control
• Must be able to hit the ground running immediately
Experience in high-end resi, refurb, cut & carve, or complex central London projects is highly desirable — but not essential
The Offer
Freelance (LTD company accepted)
• Immediate start – interviews happening now (can be same day)
• Negotiable day rate depending on experience
• Strong pipeline of secured work
