Senior Quantity Surveyor

A specialist Construction Consultancy, working primarily within the high-end residential sector, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their North London Quantity Surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside both the Quantity Surveying and Project Management team to deliver luxury, high-end residential projects for private clients - thus require a keen eye for detail, a client facing nature, and a focus on quality over quantity.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be given their own projects to run, which shall include a mixture of pre and post contract work. If Project Management is something you enjoy, there is always opportunity to take on such responsibilities.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
High-end residential project experience would be ideal
Comfortable delivering a project from inception to completion
Any PM experience is a plus, not essential
