Senior Quantity Surveyor

A high-end, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their ambitious Quantity Surveying team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Partners are seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate the ability to lead a project from inception to completion with the support of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or two.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved on an impressive countryside property extension including a pool-house and a large landscaping project, a £25m private property, and other small schemes to get stuck into.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS
Completed a RICS accredited / Quantity Surveying degree
Residential project experience
Client facing / strong communicator
Strong pre contract experience
Experience of working within a PQS / Consultancy environmentIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
Progression to Associate
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
1 additional days leave for your birthday.
