Senior Quantity Surveyor → Clear Path to Commercial Director Location: Chelsea, London | Sector: Super Prime Residential A well-established luxury residential main contractor, operating since 2008 and delivering ~100 super prime projects across Chelsea & Fulham, is seeking a confident Senior QS to join its growing commercial team. This is a genuine progression opportunity, with a clear pathway for the right individual to move into a Commercial Director role as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities * Commercial management of multiple super prime residential projects * Procurement and subcontractor package management * Contract administration under JCT Design & Build * Managing valuations, variations and final accounts * Working closely with project managers and site teams * Acting as a client-facing commercial lead on projects * Overseeing project financial performance and reporting About You * Strong JCT D&B contract knowledge * Self-assured and commercially astute * Excellent client interface and communication skills * Comfortable managing multiple high-value projects * Enjoys working in a small, dynamic business environment Package * £85,000 – £100,000 (salary negotiable for the right person) * Bonus + benefits * Long-term leadership progression opportunity
