This is a Senior Consultant position, but we don’t box people in with job titles.
For the right person, this will be built around you - but typically:
* You’ll run a warm, active 360 desk
* Have full ownership of your market
* Be backed with strong tools, clients, and delivery support
* Start positioning yourself towards Team Lead / Management
Who This Is For
You’ve got experience in 360 recruitment and you:
* Know you could be billing more in the right environment
* Want proper earning potential (not just talk of it)
* Are tired of being managed on activity instead of results
* Want a business where you can actually build something
Construction experience helps - but performance matters more.
