We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter team in a full 360 role, driving new business and developing long-term client relationships. The Role This is a full 360 recruitment position, ideal for someone confident in both business development and candidate management. You will be responsible for: Building and managing your own temp desk Generating new business and opening new client accounts Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement Working strategically to maximise billings and expand your market What We Offer Uncapped Commission – No Thresholds Earn commission from £0 billed with no minimum requirement before earnings begin.
