Location: Maidstone Salary: Up to £42,000 + Uncapped Commission (Up to 35%, OTE £100k+)

We are open to contract recruiters from ANY recruitment sector (not just construction). If you have a strong billing track record, we can support your transition into the construction market.

Your Role

· 360 recruitment (business development + delivery)

· Managing and growing client accounts

· Winning new business and developing relationships

· Filling roles across construction sectors

· Leading from the front with billings and activity

What We’re Looking For

· Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant

· Strong billing history

· Experience in contract recruitment OR permanent recruitment

· Construction recruitment experience (preferred but not essential)

· Business development and client management skills

· Ambition to progress to management level
