AGA Recruitment Solutions, a Bournemouth-based recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary and permanent staff to the care and catering sectors, is looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter to take ownership of a desk covering both healthcare and catering placements, with real scope to grow the business. The Role You will be responsible for recruiting and placing: * Nurses, Care Assistants, and other healthcare professionals * Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, Cleaners, and catering staff across Dorset and Hampshire. Key Responsibilities * Sourcing, screening, and interviewing suitable candidates * Ensuring full candidate compliance (right to work, documentation, etc.) * Developing and managing strong client relationships * Winning new business and securing vacancies * Managing bookings and coordinating temporary staff * Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota (every second weekend and weekday cover, with additional pay) * Advertising roles and attracting high-quality candidates * Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates * Supporting staff with transport when required Requirements * Proven experience within a recruitment agency (essential) * Experience in healthcare and/or catering recruitment (preferred) * Strong business development and client management skills * Ability to manage your own desk independently * Target-driven, motivated, and commercially aware * Willingness to go the extra mile in a competitive market What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, experience, and a proactive approach to help grow both our healthcare and catering divisions.
