Senior Residential Conveyancer Location: Wilmslow (Hybrid – 1 day WFH after induction) Full Time Permanent Salary: In the region of £40,000 + Bonus An exciting opportunity to join a brand new specialist conveyancing firm launching this April. The firm is built on * A genuine client-first ethos * Strong relationships with developers and agents * A flexible, supportive working culture * Clear opportunities for progression The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion (post-completion outsourced), delivering a high standard of client service throughout. About You * Qualified solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced fee earner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing. * Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. * Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and other professionals. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. * Proficient in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
