Senior RF Electronics Engineer

A growing technology company is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join its R&D team, working on advanced communication systems used in real-world, mission-critical environments.

This is a hands-on role focused on component-level RF design, offering full exposure across the product lifecycle from concept through to testing and delivery.

The Role

* Design and develop RF circuitry at component level

* Work across simulation, schematic design, PCB layout, and testing

* Contribute to RF subsystems including transmitters, receivers, and related circuitry

* Support integration with wider hardware and system components

* Troubleshoot, test, and optimise RF performance

What We’re Looking For

* Strong experience in RF design and development

* Hands-on engineering approach including lab testing and debugging

* Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g. ADS, CST, HFSS or similar)

* Comfortable working at component level rather than using pre-built modules

* Background in telecommunications or high-frequency systems

Key Requirement:

* Demonstrable depth in at least one core RF area, such as:

* RF transmitters

* RF receivers

* Power amplifiers

* Frequency generation / synthesis
