Senior Sales Executive 📍 Aldershot 💰 £20,000 Basic | OTE £50,000 – £60,000 + Company Car We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Aldershot. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and results-focused sales professional looking to maximise earnings within a strong performing site. This role would suit a consistent target achiever who is confident in closing, strong on finance performance, and capable of managing their own pipeline. The Role * Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover * Achieving and exceeding monthly unit and profit targets * Selling finance, insurance products, and additional products * Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high CSI scores * Proactively generating new business opportunities * Supporting the wider sales team when required What We’re Looking For * Proven track record in automotive sales * Strong F&I performance * Target-driven with a professional approach * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Full UK Driving Licence Package * £20,000 basic salary * Realistic OTE £50,000 – £60,000 * Company car * Uncapped commission structure * Pension scheme * 22–25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Genuine career progression opportunities ⏰ 5-day working week including weekend rota
