Senior Sales Role - Fast Growing and Ambitious Company - Harlow Essex  We are a new, fast-growing, and ambitious company based in Harlow, Essex, providing reliable and forward-thinking support services to businesses across Harlow, Hertfordshire, and London. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Senior Sales Professional to help lead our growth and play a key role in shaping our future. The Opportunity This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a growing organisation and wants to make a genuine impact. You’ll work closely with the directors to be key to growing our sales function, manage incoming enquiries, and drive new business opportunities. We’re looking for a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset, great people skills, and a proactive approach to developing and closing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales function alongside company directors • Manage and convert inbound enquiries into active opportunities • Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across Harlow, Hertfordshire, and London • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate expectations and smooth handovers • Represent the business at events, trade shows, and networking groups • Contribute to sales strategy, planning, and overall growth initiativesAbout You Previous senior sales or sales leadership experience required (industry background flexible) • Experience within IT or MSP environments is beneficial, but if not an interest in technology/IT would be great. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident generating your own opportunities • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads effectively • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving, growing businessWhat We Offer Competitive salary plus uncapped commission • The opportunity to shape and grow the sales function • Direct support and mentorship from experienced directors • Clear progression as the business scales • A friendly, supportive team culture • Real autonomy and the chance to make the role your own INDREC
