Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently. Supporting customers with expert advice, training and system optimisation. Leading complex service projects and mentoring junior technicians. Desired Experience: Proven experience in building automation, BMS, HVAC controls or similar. Strong troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Norwegian or English language skills (both ideal).
