Senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager Remote working Salary up to 95k I am recruiting for Senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner. This role is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager seeking career progression, additional accountability, an opportunity to help manage and train junior Engagement Managers etc – this role will see you play an integral part in the success and continued growth of the company throughout 2026. You will also be expected to: * Work with relevant resources to define project scope and deliverables and facilitate stakeholder acceptance of deliverables * Complete or update project documentation, and store appropriately * Provide technical coordination and project leadership for consulting staff * Ensure projects are securely delivered and fulfil client expectations * Identify opportunities for enhancements to standards and processes * Act as the primary point of contact for all customer project interaction * Maintain professional, quality interactions with customers at all times * Provide accountability for end-to-end project financials, and partner with the accounting team on project reporting * Execute Change Orders to add, remove, or change requirements (and associated costs) for the Statement of Work * Other duties as assigned To be successful you must have: * Previous experience as a Project Manager * ServiceNow experience of ITSM, ITOM & CSM. (HRSD would also be advisable). * Commercially astute, able to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity * Strong knowledge of and qualifications in ITIL and Project Management methodologies * Degree or equivalent, and proven experience in technical and/or service delivery roles This role offers continual personnel growth, product learning and training, alongside competitive compensation in line with experience
