Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join the delivery team on a major flagship education project in Bath valued in excess of £50m.

This is an opportunity to join a leading contractor on a complex and high-profile development, playing a critical role in the technical delivery of the scheme.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

Setting out and engineering control across all construction phases
Managing QA processes and technical compliance
Reviewing drawings and identifying design issues
Coordinating with subcontractors and site management teams
Ensuring works are delivered to specification
Managing as-built records and site documentation
Supporting programme delivery and technical problem-solving
Assisting with health & safety compliance

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

Proven experience as a Site Engineer / Senior Site Engineer
Experience working for Tier 1 contractors or on £50m+ schemes
Strong technical and setting out ability
Education sector experience desirable
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficient with surveying equipment and QA processes
Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree)
