Senior Site Manager | Bristol 💼 Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package 📍 Location: Bristol 🏗️ Sector: Construction | Main Contractor Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit a Senior Site Manager to deliver projects across Bristol and the South West. This role will see you leading projects up to £6m in value, taking full responsibility for site delivery from start through to completion. 🏗️ The Role You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities: • Managing site operations and subcontractors • Driving programme and site productivity • Ensuring health & safety compliance • Maintaining quality and site standards • Liaising with project teams, consultants and clients • Managing reporting, progress updates and site documentation ✅ About You • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager • Background working for a main contractor • Experience delivering projects in the £3m–£10m range • Strong leadership and site coordination skills • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid 💰 What’s on Offer • Salary up to £65,000 + package • Opportunity to lead projects up to £6m • Join a highly respected regional contractor • Strong pipeline of work across Bristol & the South West 📩 Interested?
